The proposed Broadway Brownstones

Loveland, Ohio – On Monday October 24th, Broadway Street, between Second Street and Karl Brown Way, will be closed to traffic beginning at 9 A.M. for the demolition of the Wagner Building at 128-132 Broadway.

Karl Brown Way will remain open for local business traffic. Traffic delays on Monday afternoon are anticipated. Broadway will be re-opened for Tuesday morning traffic, according to a press release issued by City Hall.

The demolition of the 208-year-old, former Broadway Hotel, next to Eads Fence and Loveland Hardware, is to prepare the site for what will be called “Broadway Brownstones”. The development will be eight attached single family units within two separate buildings. The units will be three stories high and include ground floor parking with storage.
