Loveland, Ohio – Newcomer to Loveland politics, Kathy Bailey has turned in petitions to the Hamilton County Board of Elections to run for one of the three open Council seats this fall.

Nominating petitions of candidates must be filed by 4 PM, August 5. The election iswards-corner-as November 3.

 

Loveland City Council

As of July 30, the candidates who have filed for Loveland City Council are as follows:

Kathy Bailey – 10043 Fox Chase Drive

Mark J. Fitzgerald – 166 Lexington Drive (Incumbent)

Todd Osborne – 1100 Sunrise Drive

Angela L. Settell – 154 Lexington Drive (Incumbent)

Incumbent, Paulette Leeper has picked up petitions to run for re-election but has not yet submitted them to the Board of Elections. Former candidate Barry Kuhn told Loveland Magazine this week that after some indecision, he is not running.

 

Loveland Board of Education

As of July 30, only Incumbent,  Kathryn Lorenz has filed. There are two seats open. Current President of the Board Art Jarvis has said he is running, but has not yet turned in his petitions.

As of July 30, only incumbent, Phil Beck 9983 Walnutridge Court has filed for the one open seat.
