Loveland, Ohio – Friday, Nov. 13, Loveland Middle School (LMS) and Loveland Intermediate School (LIS) students were treated to a special presentation featuring Jennifer Nielsen, no stranger to the New York Times Bestsellers list and author of the award-winning book The False Prince, The Mark of the Thief, and A Night Divided.

“Author visits are a terrific way to encourage kids to read, and perhaps even inspire the next generation of writers and illustrators,” said LMS Teacher Karen Clary. “Our students are looking forward to writing their own stories now.”

During her visit, Nielsen introduced students to A Night Divided, a historical fiction novel, talking about her stories and answering questions before settling in for a book signing especially for the students. The visit and book signing were sponsored by Scholastic Book Fairs to inspire interest in books and reading.
