Anyone who donates to the Library Foundation between 1 p.m. Sunday and 11:59 p.m. Tuesday is entered to win signed footballs, gift cards, or a chance to watch the Bengals practice!
The Library Foundation of Cincinnati and Hamilton County is challenging the Pratt Library in Baltimore to a fundraising battle as part of a Giving Tuesday campaign. The city that raises the most donations during the challenge will be crowned BookBowl2016 champions. The competition begins during kick-off of the Baltimore Ravens-Cincinnati Bengals game on Sunday, Nov. 27 at 1 p.m. Donations collected from that moment through 11:59 p.m. on Giving Tuesday, Nov.  29 will be counted toward the goal.
Everyone who donates to the Library Foundation during that time period will be entered into a drawing to win a prize pack from the Library Foundation. If The Library Foundation of Cincinnati receives the most donations, Pratt library Acting CEO Gordon E. Krabbe will wear a Bengals jersey, dance the Ickey Shuffle and sing “Welcome to the Jungle.” If the Pratt Library wins, Kimber L. Fender, the Eva Jane Romaine Coombe Director of the Library will wear a Ravens jersey, a beehive wig and sing the classic Baltimore Christmas Carol “Crabs for Christmas.”
