Loveland, Ohio – The driver, and passenger in the vehicle, that drove into flood water on E. Kemper Road this afternoon were rescued by “weighted” firefighters who waded into the flood water to bring them to safety.

  1. They did pay that cost. We all pay that cost. It’s called “public service”. Considering the ultimate possible consequences, it’s practically free for us all. Thank goodness…and “good on ya” to the rescue team.
