Loveland, Ohio – A proposed SPD will be the subject of a Planning and Zoning Hearing on June 1. The proposal is by applicant Hunt and Whitaker, LLC for a new SPD located at 102 Oak Street, on parcel #20-06-05C-023P (1.033 acres). The proposed development includes nine single family detached dwelling units on nine homesites with a minimum lot size of 3,000 square feet.
The property currently has two land use designations: 1) Residential – Medium Density (R-MD); and 2) Historic (H). The proposed dwelling units are intended to be constructed in the R- MD zoned area of the parcel with the remaining land in the H-District to be designated as detention, open space, and common area uses.
The concept development plan was submitted on April 21 by In-line Development Company of West Chester. The Property owner is Hunt & Whitaker, LCC.
