Loveland, Ohio – Hard to beat an offense that puts up 540 yards and quarterback Jay Volpenhein, completing 28 of 35 passes for 276 yards. Volpenhein also rushed 16 times for 92. Actually the Tigers held Volpenhein below his 331 passing yard average. He has 1,985 six games into the season, completing 65 per-cent. He is just shy of 500 rushing yards and is averaging 83 per-game. He has passed for 24, and ran for 6 touchdowns.
The Tigers (2-1-2-4), now 4th in the ECC are on the road this Friday at #5 Walnut Hills. Game time is 7 PM. (See map below)
Turpin (3-0, 6-0) remains un-beaten after their 27-7 home win over Kings last week. Anderson (2-1, 4-2) took over 2nd place in the conference.
