It may seem early, but as most schools are now accepting registrations for new Kindergarten students, its time to begin preparing to go back to school. Birth certificates, and childhood immunizations are required to enroll in Kindergarten. Clermont County Public Health can help.
Clermont County Public Health offers birth certificates for any individual born in the state of Ohio for only $23.00 per certified copy. They can be obtained in person, or online. Click here for more details.
Their nursing division also offers all required childhood immunizations. In addition to immunizations needed for Kindergarten, Ohio also requires students entering middle school to be up to date on their immunizations as well.
