Short-cut into Loveland is open

Branch Hill, Ohio – After looking closely at the map of the construction detour, reader Jeff Schamel asked, “What is not clear from any of this – Is Branch Hill-Guinea open to Branch Hill-Loveland, coming from Wards Corner? (i.e. can we go down the hill and turn right on Branch Hill-Loveland to go to downtown Loveland and/or turn right onto Branch Hill-Guinea from Branch Hill-Loveland?”

Jeremy Evans, with the Clermont County Engineer’s Office answered, “The answer is yes, you can go down the hill and turn right on Branch Hill-Loveland or from Branch Hill-Loveland, left onto Branch Hill-Guinea.”

The closure is to replace a 48” culvert that crosses the road just south of the Branch Hill-Guinea/Branch Hill-Loveland intersection

This is the map of the construction that has closed Branch Hill-Guinea Pike this week. The road is expected to be open Friday, November 20. Notes have now been added by Loveland Magazine that point to the short-cut into Loveland.

Branch Hill-Loveland Road becomes Hanna Avenue once you reach the corporation limits of the City of Loveland. (Also see map of Loveland below)
