Loveland, Ohio – Rocky and Holly Carpenter are residents of the West Loveland Historic District. They spent their July 4th morning decorating the Wall Street Bridge in red, white, and blue.
The couple has also been instrumental in planting new flowers on the bridge and in Kiwanis Park for the first time in the three years since the City stopped doing the planting. A dozen families bought the potting soil, mulch, and planted the flower boxes, however the Carpenters footed the largest chunk of the expense. BRS Insurance also donated to help with the cost.
Loveland Magazine, also a District neighbor, has been a sponsor of both projects.
