Loveland, Ohio – Cassie Mattia, the President and Publisher of Loveland Magazine recently graduated from the CLIMB Leadership Program. The program was put on by the The Chamber of Commerce Serving Middletown, Monroe, and Trenton Ohio.
The CLIMB Leadership Programa program, “Cultivates, Leads, Inspires, Motivates, and Builds upon the basic skills and qualities of each participant.” During the 8-week program Cassie learned her DISC profile, how to manage a work/life balance, strategic mindset skills for leaders, how to dress for success, effective networking strategies, public speaking skills, how to lead through workplace conflict, how to measure success and, goal setting.
Here is what Cassie had to say about her CLIMB Leadership experience:
“What an absolute honor it was to be selected for the 2023 Climb Leadership program! The classes and tours exceeded my expectations! Not only did I learn useful tools and information I can apply to my career, but I also was able to apply these same tools daily outside of work! In addition to learning and growing so much as a leader and person I also connected with so many new people that I know I will continue to network with in the future. The DISC assessment was one piece of the Climb program that I found so important because it has allowed me to better communicate and understand those that maybe different from me. I have had a blast improving myself and learning about how unbelievable the Butler County community is! Those that are thinking about taking the Climb program in 2024 I think should do so because not only does the program finetune important leadership skills it also gives you an opportunity to get more involved with the community and those within the community! Cheers to the class of 2023!”

Cassie Mattia is a resident of Historic Downtown Loveland and the is the President and Publisher of Loveland Magazine. She is also the Public Relations Coordinator at Butler County Board of DD. Cassie was awarded the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance 2021 Young Business Professional of the Year.
