Loveland, Ohio – A church bus from Greenfield Tennessee didn’t make the squeeze through the railroad underpass on Karl Brown Way about 4 PM on Tuesday. The usual remedy, letting air out of the tires did not free it. The first tow truck sent to free it did not have a winch with enoughĀ oomph. A second was called, however the driver approached from the wrong side, and of course that truck was too tall to go under, so it had to turn around, through the narrow-street grid-lock of Historic Downtown toĀ take the other line of attack.
It was 6:30 PM before the bus was liberated.
No one was injured.
It’s been noted before that it’s dangerous going under that tressel
