A message issued yesterday by Clermont County Public Health says:
“Turns out we got a little click happy when releasing new appointments today. The option to allow residents under the age of 40 without medical conditions was accidentally selected. This mistake allowed several people to book an appointment prior to their eligibility date of 3/29. If you booked an appointment at our clinic based on an age less than 40 yrs, without a qualifying medical condition, your appointment will be cancelled. These appointments will be available to book by the correct age range as soon as we have corrected the issue. Thank you for your understanding.”
