Council grants waiver for all fees for repairs and utility connections for buildings impacted by downtown Loveland fire
A lovely gesture. Seems there has been a rash of fires lately in Loveland; I hope Council extends this courtesy to everyone dealing with damage from fire or acts of nature – flooding, lightning, etc. Then again if an insurance policy would cover these fees as part of a claim, go ahead and charge them and let’s use other approaches to continue to assist and support the affected residents, businesses, and property owners!
