Sale raises about 20% of the funding for the garden program
On Saturday and Sunday the campusĀ of the Loveland Primary and Elementary schools will be transformed into the largest garden store in the area. Vendors from far and wide bring plants that will be for sale to support Granny’s Garden School.

Jim and Kathy O’Keefe, and their group of dedicated volunteers, are the masters behind the plant sale for the last six years.Ā The group meets to start planning next year’s sale the week after the current sale.Ā Ā Jim and KathyĀ workĀ full-timeĀ the two weeksĀ before the saleĀ which raises about 20% of the funding for the garden program. Rita HeikenfeldĀ will be at the sale Saturday, May 2, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Plant Experts on hand to answer your questions.Ā Prices are the same as our growers charge at their retail establishments.Ā Five suppliers mean greater variety.
