*******************************************
As you visit the market each week, I hope you are finding all the fresh produce you are looking for. Tomatoes are ripe now along with green beans, garlic, various greens, corn and much, much more.
Looking ahead – in two weeks, July 26, the market features the fifth annual Kids’ Taste a Thon. Easily our most popular event, and the model for other Taste a Thon’s in the Cincinnati area and the State of Ohio, kids are able to taste or try food from the vendors. Note: the vendors have fun with this as they try to offer your children unusual items. Stay tuned for more information!
Then on August 9, come and enjoy selecting the best tomato at the market. It’s the six year! Who will get the bragging rights this year?
There’s more to come in September and October. Miss a week at the market, you miss fresh, local food and fun times!
See you tomorrow!!
Donna
