This photo was taken at 11 AM along the Little Miami at Loveland Canoe and Kayak. The river had receded, but how quickly will still depend on if water is released from the Caesar Creek Dam in Waynesville. The high water has also closed Karl Brown Way in Historic Downtown Loveland.
Theodore B. Hubbard, the Hamilton County Engineer, has announced that East Kemper Road is closed due to high water in the Loveland, but is open to Twighttwee.
Hubbard said that crews will monitor the water level and re-open East Kemper Road as soon as possible.
