LOVELAND FARMER’S MARKET SUPPORTS L.I.F.E. FOOD PANTRY

Members of the Loveland Farmers’ Market presented a generous contribution of $800 to the L.I.F.E. (Loveland InterFaith Effort) Food Pantry.  Donna Bednar, founder of the Farmers’ Market, also served as Market Manager for the past 6 seasons of its operation.  Woody and Peggy are two of the 8-member volunteer management team who will begin overseeing the Farmers’ Market in 2017.  On December 19th, during the Christmas in Loveland event, a holiday market was set up at the Jackson Street Market location in Historic Loveland.  Booth rental fees from the 16 participating vendors were collected and donated to the LIFE Pantry.  A wonderful celebration of the true spirit of giving during the holiday season.

(Loveland InterFaith Effort) Food Pantry director,  with a generous donation of $1,000 to go towards the Holiday Giving Shoppe, one of many services provided to L.I.F.E. clients.  Individual members of the Loveland Woman’s Club contributed a total of $500 to the L.I.F.E. Giving Shoppe, an amount that was matched by the Woman’s Club.  The Loveland Woman’s Club has generously supported the L.I.F.E. Holiday Giving Shoppe for a number of years through both monetary contributions and members volunteering their time to the event.  Their continued support and patronage of this annual event, which affords local families in need the opportunity to enjoy a modest Christmas celebration by shopping, free of charge, for basic clothing and household items, is deeply and sincerely appreciated. This important event would not be possible without the kindness and compassion shown by the various groups, churches, businesses, and individuals in the Loveland community.
