Loveland High School Freshman Jessie Gibbins has advanced to the OHSAA State XC Meet by finishing in 22nd place in the Regional meet Saturday in Troy. Her time was 19:06.27.
Gibbins will compete for the State Championship on Saturday, November 3 at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio.
