Ohio Child Support customers may manage their child support cases from their cell phones. The Ohio Child Support Mobile Application is now available on the App Store and Google Play. With the app, you may:
• View Case and payment information
• Make child support payments
• Send safe/secure messages to the county Child Support Enforcement Agency
You must register at the Ohio Child Support Customer Service Portal to utilize the new Mobile App: http://jfs.ohio.gov/Ocs/index.stm. For problem resolution registering with the portal, call 1-800-686-1556. (Note: 38 percent of customers have already registered with the portal.)
To download the app:
1. Go to the App Store or Google Play
2. Search for Ohio Child Support
3. Tap the icon
4. Download app
5. Register or Login
