Loveland, Ohio – For the upcoming Tuesday, August 8 Special Election next week, Ohio voters will have the chance to vote on a statewide ballot issue: Issue 1 – Raising the standards to qualify for an initiated constitutional amendment and raising the bar to pass any constitutional amendment at the ballot box.
