Loveland, Ohio – Team Love the Love 2.0 member Maggie Bailey and the Loveland High School Student Council hosted a dodgeball tournament on Friday, January 27 after the varsity basketball game against Kings.

[quote_box_right]Student: Remember the good old days when we played dodgeball in gym instead of learning underwater basket-weaving?

Teacher: Yeah, like when I hit Mr. Fritz in the face and broke his nose to get him out? Good times, man. Good times.

Student: I got a concussion because I was hit with a dodgeball thrown at the speed of light by that jock over there.

Teacher: Yeah, made you drop your Milk Duds.

Student: If you’re skinny, hide behind the bigger people. It always works until the ref sees what you are doing.  *[/quote_box_right]Dodging students and teachers.

The winning team was the Funky Bunch and consisted of James Meckey, Olivia Cox, Jackson Herrmann, Mark Reich, Susie Heath, Hannah Gray, Cole Ayers, Brian Haberer, Braden Watts, Maggie Bailey, Drew Docherty, and Peyton Geers.

Over $700 was raised for Team Love the Love 2.0 and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help classmate, Leah Jordan become student of the year and cure Leukemia.
