Stefan must rely on his village for support
On December 26, Stefan Talley was rushed to the hospital due to an inability to move without extreme, excruciating pain. He had somehow fractured his femur. One day later, doctors diagnosed a tumor as the root cause for his injury and pain.
Following biopsies, the diagnosis for the 38 year-old Loveland High School graduate was Stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma. A skin cancer that had metastasized to several parts of his body including his lungs and bones. This news is heart-breaking for Stefan, his family and all those near and dear to him.
Stefan is not giving up this fight. His family and friends are rallying behind him to beat this disease. With this journey just beginning, Stefan must rely on his village for support. Stefan is a life-long resident of Cincinnati. He is a graduate of Loveland High School and The University of Cincinnati. He has deep roots in the community and is known by many as the kindest person they know. A support group on Facebook (Rally for Talley) had over 2300 members join in just three days.
His friends are asking for your help to assist Stefan through this journey, as he will need physical, emotional, spiritual and financial support. His family, friends and a team of doctors are working around the clock to provide everything they can, but need to reach out and ask the community for help. All funds raised go directly to Stefan to cover his daily expenses and medical bills.
