Loveland, Ohio – A flat, fast course beginning at Nisbet Park in Loveland. Starting on Karl Brown Way to West Loveland to Riverside to Ohio to Wall to Park to Riverside, back to Nisbet, then onto the bike trail/Cones road for out and back finishing at Nisbet Park. Course will be cleared 90 minutes after the start of the first race.
The Rat Race 5K Fitness Walk and 5K/10K Run is a fun event the whole family can share while raising funds to benefit these wonderful local charities: CancerFree Kids, Pamela Joy Ripp Foundation and Girls on the Run of Greater Cincinnati.
The first 600 participants registered by March 28th will receive a wicking shirt with the famous “Rat Race” signature logo. Pre-registrants 601+ will receive a standard cotton t-shirt with the “Rat Race” logo while male/female run finishers receive top awards. (Race Details)
Family and friends are welcome to cheer participants along the course! Kids’ activities will be available before and during the race, so feel free to bring the kids along!
Immediately following the race will be a post-event party with refreshments, beer, food, live music entertainment, and a Health Expo. Live Music will be provide – group to be announced later. Food service and kids crafts will be provided by Resurrection Church for their Youth Mission Trip.
Non-race attendees may purchase entry into the post-race party ($20 for adults and $5 for children under 10). A driver’s license will be required for all party attendees who wish to drink beer.
