The 2015 Krohn Conservatory Spring Show, Falling Water Gardens: A Modern Work of Nature, presented by Scherzinger Termite and Pest Control, harmonizes design principles as influenced by nature and inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.
YOGA AT KROHN
TUESDAYS, FEBRUARY 3 – MARCH 17

Yoga Bar will conduct classes in the Krohn lobby. Gentle yoga class with moving vinyasas leading into longer held seated postures. A meditative flow, that brings balance to mind, body & spirit set among the scents, scenes and beauty of Krohn’s botanical gardens. Since this class tends to move through postures more slowly – it is a good place for those newer to the practice of Yoga to learn –– and for advanced practitioners to have more opportunity to fall into the meditative nature of the asanas.

LEGO BUILDING COMPETITION

1 -3 pm (Sign up at door at 1pm, Judging at 2pm)
Here’s a Family-Friendly Event you won’t want to miss! Exercise your design skills in a fun competition for the entire family! LEGOS will be provided by King Arthurs’ Court Toys in Oakley so you and your family (or your child alone) can create a mission-style work of art inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright . Judges will award winners FREE passes to the 2015 Krohn Conservatory Butterflies of the Philippines Show AND the LEGO art will be put on display at Krohn for everyone to enjoy!

Calling all gardeners! Meet local landscape expert Adam Wyman, from the Pool Masters show. He will be sharing free advice on designing and installing world class water features for your home landscape.
