    Loveland, Ohio – Loveland High School wraps up a special Winter Sports Season. Loveland teams had many great accomplishments that were earned by the great individual and team efforts.

    Final ECC Standings for all teams include:

    • Men’s Basketball, tied 4th (with Milford)
    • Women’s Basketball, tied 3rd (with Kings)
    • Wrestling, 2nd
    • Men’s Swimming, 5th
    • Women’s Swimming, 4th
    • Men’s Bowling, 4th
    • Women’s Bowling, tied 2nd (with Milford)
    • Academic, 2nd
    • Cheer, 3rd
    • Dance, 6th.

    The updated All-Sports trophy standings are as follows:

    • Loveland (112.5)
    • Turpin (110.5)

    • West Clermont (83)

    • Withrow (10.5)

    Loveland has won the All-Sports trophy 4 out of the 6 years that the ECC has existed and looks to make it 5 out of 7 with a win this year.

    Jillian Hayes was named AP All Southwest Ohio 2nd Team in basketball.

    Loveland, Ohio – The Loveland High School Winter Sports season has been very productive for the Loveland Tigers.  Loveland currently has all of their Winter Sports teams ranked in the top half of the ECC Conference standings. Loveland looks to bring home their First Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Boys Swimming, Girls Swimming, Academic and Girl’s Bowling ECC Championships.

    The Loveland Men’s Basketball team currently is 9-4 (5-2 conference) and is one game behind Turpin at the halfway mark in their conference schedule. They are tied for second in the ECC with Walnut Hills and West Clermont.

    The Loveland Women’s Basketball team currently is 10-4 (5-3 conference) and is 3 games behind Walnut Hills just after the halfway point of the ECC Competition. They are currently fourth in the ECC behind Walnut Hills (8-0), West Clermont (6-2), and Kings (6-3).

    The Loveland Academic team is 5-1 (5-1 conference) and tied with Walnut Hills for 1st Place in the ECC at the halfway mark in their conference schedule.

    Loveland High School bowling teams have started the season strong

    Loveland, Ohio – The Loveland Mens and Womens Bowling teams have started the season strong.

    Their seasons got underway last week when they both played Reading. The Mens team won with a score of 2270 to Reading’s 1974. Leading the way for Loveland was Freshman, Alton French who Bowled a series of 371. Alton is averaging 193.5 pins a game over his first six games and has a series high of 441. The Womens team lost to Reading 1999 to 1986 but have made a come back and have won their last two matches. Most recently, beating Anderson by scores of 1918 to 1729, and 2002 to 1602.

    The Womens team is led by Senior, Maria Reich, who averages 153.3 pins a game over her first six games and has a series high of 318.

    The Mens team is 3-0 so far this season (2-0 conference), and the Womens team, 2-1 (2-0 conference).

    Both teams will take on the Kings Knights December 4th and the 5th of at 3:30 PM at Mason Bowl and Crossgate Lanes. Loveland will look to continue their early season success and try to be the first Loveland Bowling team to take home the ECC Championship since Loveland split the title with Glen Este in 2012-13.
