Loveland, Ohio – “Before covid we would have a section in the Back to School Fair where children and parents could take a books to call their own. Hoping to encourage reading as a family thing. This year we are once again making this happen. Now all we need is donated books – lots and lots of them,” said Terri Carter who is currently working on a project for LIFE’s Back to School Fair.
Terri is collecting new and gently used books of all kinds.
How can YOU help?• Clean out your bookshelves and closets for books.
• Donate or provide gift certificates to local book stores.
• Organize a neighborhood book club or church book drive.
Books can be dropped off at LIFE FOOD PANTRY at 677 Loveland-Madeira Rd. (next door to ACE Hardware)

Loveland, Ohio – Looking for a simple summer activity that does some good?

You can help by donating funds, contributing food, volunteering, and hosting a food drive. If you operate a business, please consider becoming a partner.

Loveland, Ohio – One in ten people in Loveland faces food insecurity. Hosting a food drive is a powerful way to help LIFE Food Pantry move that number to zero. It’s also a great opportunity to bring your family or neighborhood together to make a difference in the community.
Food drives are a fantastic way to stock the shelves, raise awareness in the community, and bring people together for a great cause. More people in Loveland need assistance than ever before. Support from individuals, neighborhoods, sports teams, congregations, businesses, and others help keep up with demand.

Loveland, Ohio – A Loveland mother of four teenagers visited the LIFE Food Pantry a few weeks ago. She had been a regular client but stopped visiting after securing a job. Unfortunately, an injury left her unable to work, forcing her to rely on minimal child support. She hopes to return to work soon, but your support made it possible for her to count on LIFE Food Pantry to help feed her family and support them in getting through a very difficult situation.
Think you need a big bank account to make a big difference? Nope! In fact, you don’t even have to be an adult. Some of our most active donors are kids.
During the past month, two young men celebrating their Bar Mitzvahs commemorated their rites of passage by earning money to purchase in-demand items to fill our shelves. Thank you, Peyton and Levi!
Enzo, who celebrated his seventh birthday in March, requested that friends and family gift him nonperishable food items instead of presents. He is pictured with his haul, all of which he gave to LIFE.
These selfless kids are proof that our youngest community members are making a big impact.
Disinfectant wipes, all-purpose cleaners, dish soap, sponges, and laundry detergent are always in high demand.
LIFE Food Pantry is looking for personal shoppers to support clients, donation drivers to pickup food donations, and volunteers to sort and stock donations.

Loveland, Ohio – You have more choices than ever before when you want to donate to the LIFE Food Pantry. How about rounding up your purchases and donating your change?
Help LIFE Food Pantry pack Backpacks for Students by gearing up to provide students everything they need for a successful school year — and they need your help.

LIFE set up more than 300 students for success last year and expect more as they continue welcoming new families.

Loveland, Ohio – The Contribution Project accepts applications from young people (ages 14-25) who are seeking to make an impact on their community, school, or neighborhood through a “contribution”.
We would love for you to apply on behalf of the LIFE Food Pantry — it takes just a few minutes—and if selected, LIFE Food Pantry will receive funds to continue serving our neighbors in need.• Simon built birdhouses around campus for Eastern Bluebirds and to help educate students.
• Amber funded a Mental Health Summit with a student org for self-identifying women of color.
• Robert paid the way for his Taekwondo team to go to Nationals.
• Residential Sustainability Leaders works to promote different ways that students can contribute to making campus a more eco-friendly place by engaging in sustainable practices.
• My contribution was to provide dog food, treats, and toys to guide dogs in training.
• I decided to go around campus to surprise people with flowers. I get flowers from Trader Joe’s and give them out to students who look extra stressed and to campus workers who work hard every day to provide students with the best experience possible.
