    West Loveland Avenue to close for water main replacement

    UPDATE: City just released this:

    Detour will utilize Wall Street to Fallis Road to Rich Road.

    Loveland, Ohio – The Loveland Police Department has announced on FaceBook that West Loveland Avenue will be closed daily at Cherokee Drive between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM from April 23 until April 25. They said that weather may affect the project dates.

    The City will be replacing the water main in the Loveland Heights neighborhood. A new public water main will be installed where currently only a private main exists.

    No detour route has been provided.
  • State Route 48 closed

    State Route 48 closed

    Loveland, Ohio – Culvert replacements are taking place on State Route 48 and require a full closure. This is an ODOT project taking place in Warren County, just north of the City of Loveland.

    State Route 48 will be closed between Schlottman and Harrison roads for 12 days while crews replace the culverts at the 1.73- and 1.8-mile markers. The closure will be in effect through Friday, May 12.

    While the rode is closed, traffic will be detoured via U.S. 22, I-275, Loveland-Madeira Road, and West Loveland Avenue.

    Symmes Township, Ohio – The Hamilton County Engineer’s Office is planning an emergency repair to a county-maintained culvert on East Kemper Road.

    Wards Corner Road at Arnold Palmer Drive to close October 20 thru 22

    Miami Township, Ohio – The replacement of a culvert will require the closure of Wards Corner Road in Miami Township. The closure is located just north of Arnold Palmer Drive on Wards Corner Road.

    The road will be closed to through traffic from 7 AM to 5 PM on Wednesday, October 20 through Friday, October 22.

    Arnold Palmer Drive will be accessible from the Branch Hill-Guinea Road side during this clousre.

    This closure will not go into effect until the previous closure on Wards Corner Road has been completed.

    Loveland, Ohio – Minor flooding is occurring in Loveland, Ohio. East Kemper Road and Karl Brown Road are closed to traffic. 3.5 inches of rain fell in Loveland overnight into the late morning. This photo was taken at 269 East Kemper.

  • Cedar Drive road closure

    Cedar Drive road closure

    Loveland, Ohio – Beginning Wednesday, November 6, Cedar Drive from Oak Street to Tall Timbers Drive will be closed for a water main installation. The roadway will be re-opened each evening and on weekends. Construction is anticipated to last three weeks, weather dependent.

    Access to properties within project limited will be maintained, although no through traffic will be permitted.

    Enyart Road closure at Shallowcreek

    Symmes Township, Ohio – The Hamilton County Engineer has announced that Enyart Road will be closed at Shallowcreek for the installation of a sanitary sewer through Friday, August 31 (weather permitting).  Larry Smith Inc. is the contractor.

    The detour will be routed over McKinney Road to East Kemper Road to Montgomery Road and vice versa.

    Riverside and Kemper will be closed on Wednesday

    Loveland, Ohio – On Wednesday at approximately 6 AM, Riverside Drive will be closed from West Loveland Avenue to Twightwee to allow for completion of road repairs along the railroad tracks. The closure will continue throughout the day with a re-opening of the roadway at approximately 4 PM.
