    • Promoting awareness beyond Cincinnati to reach even more communities.- Expanding and enhancing media presence to reach a wider audience and more age groups.- Collaborating with local nonprofit experts to assist with grant writing and foundation expansion.
    • Continuing to share Jack’s story in schools, businesses, and with the media to inspire meaningful change and save lives.
    • Collaborating with local counties to provide Narcan to local businesses to prevent fatal overdoses.

Stephanie Quehl of DOITFORJACK appears on Scripps Network to talk about fentanyl crisis

Loveland, Ohio – The Scripps Network proclaims, “The siren is sounding for the fentanyl crisis.” Acclaimed journalist Caren Zucker speaks with educators, law enforcement officials and family members of those lost to the drug and tries to answer the obvious question: what can we do to help end the fentanyl crisis in America?

Loveland resident Stephanie Quehl of DOITFORJACK was invited to Atlanta to participate in a fentanyl awareness production with the Scripps Network.

Producer Caren Zucker, who lost her son Jonah to fentanyl, along with former ABC White House Correspondent John Donvan, and ABC News Executive Producer Jon Meyersohn, pulled together a group of individuals from around the country in the fentanyl awareness community to participate in a conversation about this critical topic.

Stephanie Quehl lost her son to a fentanyl poisoning.

This production is an informative and poignant presentation of how fentanyl impacts everyone. Please take the time to watch “To Save A Life: A National Fentanyl Alarm.”

Father warns of illicit drugs cut with fentanyl in pill form

Loveland, Ohio – Tom Quehl is the co-founder of the Jack Quehl Foundation and the father to Jack Quehl, who died of fentanyl poisoning in 2021. Jack Quehl was 24 years old. He and his wife, Stephanie Quehl, now share Jack’s story and others’ to raise awareness.

Tom Quehl made an appearance on NewsNation with Kelsey Kernstine to discuss the rising prevalence of fentanyl laced pills.

“With the shortage of Adderall and Xanax out there, they’re trying to fight depression or ADHD, and they’re reaching out to the street, and they’re finding drugs that are laced with fentanyl,” Tom Quehl said. “And if it’s not killing them … they’re getting something that has a different taste to it, and now they become an addict and a regular customer. And that spiral is something I don’t want to see.”
