Energetics of Asana with Lila Lolling
Sunday March 6, 2016 | 10am – 4pm
This one day immersion investigates the Tantra teachings of Hatha Yoga. Join us to learn about the purpose of hand placement, chakra influence, and the importance of understanding the role of ida and pingala nadis. Come and explore the subtle energies of the practices you have come to love.

Bring Soul to Your Actions: Essence of Karma Yoga with Lila Lolling
March 12 (11am-4pm) & March 13 (12pm-5pm)
This beautifully rich and inspiring weekend will be one investigating the power of conscious action.This truly is a workshop meant for all of us who live a ‘worldly’ life and seek refuge from the hustle and bustle of stress and mundaneness.

Yoga for Emotional Wellness: Embody Peace Within with Becky
April 9 & 10, 2016 | 12pm – 5pm

This two-part weekend workshop explores the methodology and techinque applications of EmbodiYoga for emotional wellness. Sarvodaya, translated as “uplift, progress for all” is also a concept of emotional-spiritual self-care we will explore together. This workshop will conclude with a lovely Essential Oil Wisdom session with Sarina Newstead, who will help you create an essential oil blend just for you.
