Loveland, Ohio – The annual Seth Mitchell Hero 5K race raises scholarship money that is given each year to Loveland High School Seniors.

Seth Mitchell was a Marine Captain, former football player at Loveland High School, and the Class President when he graduated in 1997. Mitchell was the first LHS graduate to die while fighting in the Middle East wars when he died in action in Helmand Province, Afghanistan in 2009.
