Your life, as it is and all with all of your various roles, is and will continue to be, your spiritual path. In every moment, there is a beautiful offering being handed to you. How you receive that offering is up to you.

In every moment, consciously or unconsciously, we are being guided towards our center, towards our inner Self. It’s as if the Pure Consciousness within, yearns to witness the magic and mystery called Life through not only the eyes of the body, but also the eyes of the soul.

Whether our journeys are filled with blessings or challenges, each opportunity is a chance to meet that great Self within. It is a chance for us to merge with that which is right here in front of us. And we cannot forget how we should greet each moment, each person, each situation… and that is with love.

Let love be your lens for your life. Let love be the consciousness behind your words and actions. Allow love to be the flowing grace that oozes from your being.

As Swami Sivananda says, “Breathe in love. Walk in love. Sing in love. Talk in love. Bask in love. Meditate on love. Move in love.”

This month, dedicate time for you to explore the wonder of love and of life. Laugh when someone tells a joke, smile at a stranger, wave at your neighbor, reconnect with the vast beauty of nature. Reconnect to the life around you, through the lens of love, and become transformed.
