Kemper at Railroad tracks to close for 24 hours
Theodore B. Hubbard, the Hamilton County Engineer, has announced the “emergency” closing of East Kemper Road, between Loveland and Twightee Roads, on Tuesday, October 25. Work is being performed to repair damaged railroad track and is anticipated to last 24-hours.
