County boards of elections reported that 100,559 provisional ballots were cast. State law does not allow boards to begin counting these ballots until the 11th day after the election. Voters who cast a provisional ballot because they were not able to provide proper ID at the polls may return to their county board of elections within seven days of Election Day to provide an accepted form of ID to have their ballot counted.A county-by-county breakdown of outstanding absentee ballots, provisional ballots cast and overall ballots cast is available by going to the unofficial results website, https://vote.ohio.gov/, and clicking on the “Ballots Cast” tab. Results for U.S. Races as of as of 11:38 PM (97.65% Precincts counted)

I think Symmes tax levy has a typo. Looks off by an order of magnitude.
Disappointed in local and state results, but I appreciate you putting this together, David.
The faith people in Ohio maintain in supporting a party that has no interest in supporting them is pathetic and discouraging. Years of brainwashing and manipulation is hard to counteract. Dems aren’t ideal but at least their ideals are in line with the needs of the people rather than that of their opponents, whose mantra is business first and the bottom line.
