Take some time out for yourself to renew, refresh, and rejuvenate mind/body and spirit as you partake in this mini retreat. A real treat in that we will breath, meditate, practice Yoga and save time for a nice long iRest practice (relaxation) to finish the class off home in plenty of time for dinner.
