Loveland, Ohio – On October 1st, from 1 until 4 PM, the Loveland Sustainability Council is sponsoring a “One Stop Drop for Responsible Recycling” event at Loveland Elementary School, 600 Loveland-Madeira Road. This free event gives families an easy way to get rid of items that may have been sitting around the house.

“Last October 2015 ,we saved over 6,000 pounds of electronics, six gaylords of paint and two truck loads of household goods and building materials from the landfill,” said Sustainability Council member,Amy Van Strien. “This year we will also take plastic wrap and film, car batteries and tires.” There is a $3 per/tire fee to cover the cost of recycling.

“Review the list of items below and get ready to beat our numbers from last year,” said Van Strien.
